This Privacy Policy explains how Montague Labs LLC (“Montague Labs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use JobReno, an AI-powered render product for residential contractors. Montague Labs is registered in Delaware, USA, and also operates ProdExam and FindMyUI under separate privacy policies.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you create an account we collect your email address, an encrypted password (we never store plaintext passwords), an optional business name, and a subscription tier. OAuth sign-ins (Google, GitHub) also pass through your verified email and a unique provider identifier.

Uploaded content

To generate a render, you upload photos of a worksite and a reference image and submit a text description. We store these uploads in our Supabase Storage bucket and pass them to our AI inference provider (fal.ai) so the model can produce a render. Uploaded content is retained while your account is active and may be deleted on request.

Generated renders

AI-generated renders are stored in your library, keyed to your account, until you delete them or close your account. Renders may also be referenced by a homeowner-share URL you generate; those URLs make the rendered image publicly accessible to anyone with the link.

Billing information

Payment information (card details, billing address) is collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We retain a Stripe customer identifier, subscription identifier, plan, and billing status so we can manage your subscription.

Usage data

We log basic activity needed to run the service — IP address, user agent, render counts, request timestamps, and which features you use. This helps us debug issues, enforce plan limits, detect fraud, and improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate JobReno, including generating renders, hosting your library, and serving share links.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, password resets, lock-paywall notices).
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service — including blocking attempts to generate explicit, illegal, or harmful imagery.
• To debug issues, monitor performance, and improve product quality.
• To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploaded photos or generated renders to train AI models without your explicit consent.

3. Third-Party Services

JobReno integrates with a small number of third-party services that process data on our behalf:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage for accounts, uploads, and renders.
• Stripe — payment processing, subscription management, and metered overage billing.
• fal.ai — AI inference provider that generates renders from your uploaded photos and prompts. Submitted content is processed by fal.ai’s models per their privacy policy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Twilio — phone-number provisioning and SMS delivery for tracking phone numbers (when used).

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing data they process on our behalf. We choose providers with appropriate security practices and data-processing agreements in place.

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored in cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Row-Level Security on our database so user accounts are isolated by default. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized Montague Labs personnel.

No security control is perfect. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Notify us immediately at support@jobreno.com if you suspect your account has been compromised.

5. Data Retention

Account data, uploaded photos, and generated renders are retained while your account is active. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required for legitimate business or legal reasons (e.g. billing records, fraud investigation, regulatory compliance).

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to update inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your account and associated personal data.
• Export — request a portable copy of your data in a common machine-readable format.
• Opt-out — unsubscribe from non-essential email communications (transactional emails are required).

7. Children’s Privacy

JobReno is intended for adult contractors and homeowners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International Data Transfers

Montague Labs is based in the United States, and your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your home country, including jurisdictions that do not provide the same level of data protection. By using JobReno you consent to these transfers.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act to (a) know what personal information we collect and how it is used; (b) request deletion of personal information we collect from you; (c) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information); and (d) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 10. Third-Party Links & Homeowner Share Pages

Render share pages can be sent to homeowners by URL. Those URLs grant the recipient public access to the specific render image. We are not responsible for what recipients do with the link or the image — including republishing, sharing on social media, or downloading. If you need to revoke a share link, delete the render from your library.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on your account, by an in-app notice, or by updating the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of JobReno after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
