These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of JobReno, an AI-powered render product for residential contractors. JobReno is operated by Montague Labs LLC, a company registered in Delaware, USA (“Montague Labs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Montague Labs also operates ProdExam and FindMyUI, separately governed by their own terms.

By creating an account, accessing the application, or using any feature of JobReno you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use JobReno.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law to use JobReno. By using JobReno you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that you are using JobReno for legitimate residential contracting, design visualization, or homeowner-communication purposes.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@jobreno.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that show suspicious activity, payment failures, or violations of these Terms.

3. Subscription Plans

JobReno offers Starter, Growth, and Pro subscription plans. Each plan includes a monthly allotment of AI renders. Plan details, included render counts, and overage rates are published on the pricing page and may be updated from time to time. New plans take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Every plan starts with a card-required 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial through your billing portal to avoid charges. After the trial, subscriptions auto-renew monthly until you cancel.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle through our payment processor, Stripe. Overage renders (those generated past your plan’s included monthly allotment) are billed at the published per-render rate and accumulate on your next invoice. Locked previews remain available until you approve the overage charge or upgrade your plan.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and bank charges associated with your payments. Failed payments may result in suspension of your account until resolved.

5. No Refunds — Contact Support

All payments to JobReno are final and non-refundable. Subscription fees, overage charges, and any other amounts paid are not refundable in whole or in part, and no credits will be issued for unused render allotments at the end of a billing cycle.

If you encounter an issue with your account, a billing dispute, a render that did not meet expectations, or any other concern, reach out to support@jobreno.com and we’ll do our best to make it right. Solutions may include additional render credits, technical assistance, or — at our sole discretion — a goodwill refund. Refunds are never guaranteed.

6. Acceptable Use

JobReno is built for residential contractors and homeowners to visualize legitimate home improvement projects. You agree NOT to use JobReno to do any of the following:

• Generate explicit, sexual, nude, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW imagery. JobReno is a tool for architectural and home-improvement visualization only. Any attempt to generate explicit content is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
• Generate images depicting violence, weapons, illegal activity, or content that harasses, threatens, defames, or harms any person or group.
• Generate images of real people without their explicit, documented consent — including but not limited to homeowners, customers, public figures, minors, or private individuals.
• Generate images intended to deceive, defraud, misrepresent property condition or ownership, mislead a buyer or seller, manipulate an appraisal, or commit insurance fraud or any other financial fraud.
• Use JobReno for any unlawful, fraudulent, immoral, or harmful purpose, including impersonation, harassment, intellectual-property infringement, or circumventing regulatory or safety requirements.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models, prompts, training data, or other proprietary components of JobReno.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute JobReno’s render generation capabilities or API access to third parties without a written commercial agreement with Montague Labs.
• Upload imagery you do not have the legal right to use, including copyrighted material, third-party reference photos used without permission, or any image containing protected trademarks or trade dress.

We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate this section without prior notice and without refund. We may also report violations to law enforcement when warranted.

7. User Content & Generated Renders

“User Content” means any photos, prompts, addresses, descriptions, or other material you upload to or submit through JobReno. “Generated Renders” means the AI-generated images produced by JobReno in response to your User Content.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading User Content you grant Montague Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and process that content for the purpose of operating JobReno, including transmitting it to third-party AI inference providers (e.g. fal.ai) and storing the resulting renders in your library.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the Generated Renders produced from your User Content and may use them for any lawful purpose, including showing them to your customers and using them in your marketing materials.

8. AI-Generated Content — No Warranty on Output

Montague Labs holds no responsibility for the content of any image rendered by JobReno. Generated Renders are produced by third-party AI models on the basis of your prompts and uploads. The output is non-deterministic and may contain errors, hallucinations, inaccuracies, or content that does not match your intent. Generated Renders are artistic visualizations, not architectural drawings, engineering plans, or guarantees of feasibility, code compliance, structural integrity, materials availability, or final cost.

Renders may not be used as a substitute for licensed architectural, engineering, appraisal, or contracting work. Any decisions made on the basis of a Generated Render — by you, your customer, or any third party — are made at your own risk. You are solely responsible for the prompts and uploads you submit, and for any consequences arising from sharing Generated Renders with customers or other third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

JobReno, including all software, designs, trademarks, logos, and original content, is owned by Montague Labs and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the JobReno or Montague Labs marks except as expressly permitted in writing.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

JobReno is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that JobReno will meet your requirements, be available without interruption, or that any defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Montague Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of JobReno, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of JobReno is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Montague Labs for JobReno in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100.00).

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Montague Labs, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from (i) your use of JobReno; (ii) your User Content or Generated Renders; (iii) your violation of these Terms; or (iv) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, publicity, or privacy right.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of fees already paid.

14. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on your account, by an in-app notice, or by updating the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of JobReno after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or JobReno shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.
